Since OC3, llc., is a veteran owned company we wish to help out our current men and woman on active duty by helping their family. We know that communication is the most important thing when it comes to your son, daughter, husband or wife when they are deployed, that is why we are offering a free service and support plan to active duty families twice a month. On the first and third Saturday of each month OC3, llc., will offer free computer repair and maintenance support by appointment only from 8:30am until 4:30pm. This does not cover hardware or software replacement, but it will cover fixes that otherwise could have cost you money anywhere else! "Even though we are no longer active duty we still support!"

You acknowledge and agree that OC3 LLC., shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software if you did not purchase correct service package add-on to prevent the above loss.ON-SITE SERVICE.(a) Scheduling: Standard service hours are Monday-Saturday, 8 AM to 4:30PM. Additional charges may apply for rapid response services or service outside of standard installation hours or service location.(b) Service Jurisdiction: OC3 LLC., sets the Service Jurisdiction for each community in Franklin county and surrounding counties.(c) An Adult Must Be Present At Residences or Business: For on-site services, a person of at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period services are provided. Data mirror is not a long term backup. Data mirroring overwrites your data with current data within (1) hour of pulling it from server or PC and requires a purchase of (1) Linksys VPN router if one is not already in place.Data transfer: To move data from one computer or storage device to another at customers current location.Disaster recovery planning and/or backup: Disaster recovery planning is defined by OC3 LLC., and understood by customer that it is just a written assessment of potential recovery options with current backup system and will provide a no charge assessment of what OC3 LLC., could provide to improve recovery of data and/or hardware loss. Disaster recovery backups are done by OC3 LLC., specialist coming to customers business and coping an exact duplicate of the computer as it is at that moment. This would include operating system, all data, and anything else on the computer.
